I enjoyed Dr Hedden honesty. I didn't want him to agree with everything I wanted. I wanted to do the tuba method and he suggested going under the breast. Like I mentioned I was very scared being that he's a out of state Doctor so I wanted wanted everything to go smooth, which seems to be going good. I'll post more photos soon.

My left breast has fallen into pocket. My right one is still riding high it's fallen a little but not as much as my left boob.

i have picked the size, 520 ( 13 cm/6 cm), its inspira efp. My doctor said likelihood of rippling visibility is comparable for 465 and 520, if I went under 400 I'd be back to square one. Feels a little scary but its good to take consious decisions . Did you discuss rippling stuff with your doctor? You may have ebough tissue layer to not be afraid of it at all.
