So I've been lurking on this site like a total creep for quite some time. I've been trying to get a better idea of what I want. Ever since I developed my breasts, they have NEVER been on the large size; a 36 B to be exact. I had my daughter when I was 22. Those boobs got to a 36 D. Wowza! I loved them! But after breast feeding, they dwindled down. After my son, who is only a year old, I got back to a 34 DD. Double wowza! I gained a significant amount of weight with both pregnancies, topping 200 lbs. Pre-pregnancy weight was 150 lbs. After getting serious and dedicated about my lifestyle, I dropped back down to my pre-pregnancy weight. With that being said, my boobs went bye-bye. I'm now wearing a 34 B, which I honestly believe I can be considered a large A. Breast feeding along with extreme exercising has left me with sagging, deflated breasts that no 25 year old should EVER have! It's time!!

So I'm just counting down the days. So nervous and excited! I have boobies brain like you wouldn't even believe (who am I kidding? You know what I mean!).
I'm still undecided as far as size, definitely nothing under 450. Under muscle. Saline. Incision in armpit.

Good luck! I'm following us so keep us posted! I have my consultation tomorrow 6/26 and hope to schedule surgery around the end of July!

It went well! I had an instant connection with the surgeon and decided to schedule my surgery with her. She came highly recommended from a friend who had lipo with her. After hearing all the pros and cons of silicone vs saline as well as my goals and collecting my measurements we decided on saline 350cc under the muscle periareolar incision. I went in open minded and decided to let "best practices" decide which way to go. I put my deposit down and scheduled my surgery for 7/31! Excited!

Omggggg! That's soon! I wish I went your route. First consultation was in February, so I waited 5 months before deciding to go forward with it. Best of luck!

As the days draw closer to surgery day, I'm getting more and more antsy. After being on this site for hours on end, I saw work.done with 600 CCs. Sure, that sounds big, but I was surprised at how awesome and natural her work was. Done thinking about 450 and more interested in at least 550.

Such a HUGE decision. Going too small, you'll regret it. Going too big, you'll have back problems. Lol. I decided that 450 is my minimum, 600 max.
