Hi All!
So Ive been in denial about wanting new boobies since I was in highschool. Finally I went ahead and booked! Im booked in with Dr. Hedden in Alabama for June 28, and I couldnt be more excited / nervous.
Looking for advice from those who've had the procedure.... I have quite a small frame, but I am tall-ish. I want to be proportionate, but with nice full boobs. Im thinking a large C or a small D. (See my wish boob pictures) - nothing crazy big. I was thinking about 350-400cc's, but Im not too sure if that would be too big on my frame. Any thoughts?
Will update as I go through this whole process!!

How long to stay?
kitkat1991April 15, 2017
I'm going to start looking at booking my flight and hotel soon. My consult is at 2:00pm on the 27th, then surgery on the 28th and follow up on the 29th. What would you guys recommend for the number of nights? 2,3 or 4. The flight is pretty long with one stopover... so it's not just a quick trip. I was thinking come in on the morning of the 27, then leave on the morning of the 30. Would that be enough?

You should be fine if you leave on the 30th. I am not sure if you have been under anesthesia before and last thing you want to do is throw up during your flight so i would not recommend that you leave on 29th. If you plan on having stop overs, make sure you have enough time between the flights so you don't have to run to switch terminals. I personally would do 2 flights. The more stopovers, the more changes of delays and missing your next flight.

Yeah, Im going to try to find a direct one, but I dont know if i'll have much luck. Probably going to need to stopover in Toronto... but oh well. I have been under anesthesia before, and its not too bad....hopefully I can just drug myself up and sleep on the plane haha

I had to see my doctor a week post-op so I was required to stay in town for a week minimum but I ended up staying for almost 2 weeks since I was staying with family that lived in the same state as my doctor. To be honest, even if I wasn't required to see my doctor a week later, I don't think I could have traveled so soon afterwards with the pain/restricted amount of movement. Third day post-op seems to be the worst day for most people since you experience the most pain on this day. I was completely helpless for the first week and the pain pills make you so drowsy/groggy. Thankfully my mom and boyfriend were there to help me but I don't know what I would have done without them! 2 weeks later I was still taking my time walking through the airport and couldn't lift/roll my own luggage :( Will someone be joining you to help you in anyway way?

oh brutal! Im sorry you had a rough time. My boyfriend will be coming down with me to help me out. And funnily enough... his ex gf got hers done at the same place, so he knows what to expect which is good. haha. I think I will stay for the 4 nights, just to be safe. Its going to suck either way, but I might as well make it as okay as possible! haha

lol it's probably just me. I have a high pain tolerance usually but I find that whenever I have surgery I take longer to heal than most. Glad to hear your boyfriend will be accompanying you on your trip. That's funny that his ex-gf had hers done at the same place. My boyfriend had no clue what he was in for. Fortunately he was looking forward to the end result and was happy to help :) Since your bf will be there with you then 4 nights should be enough time to rest before heading back. Was a bit worried at first since it seemed like you were doing it alone!
