Hi All!
So Ive been in denial about wanting new boobies since I was in highschool. Finally I went ahead and booked! Im booked in with Dr. Hedden in Alabama for June 28, and I couldnt be more excited / nervous.

Looking for advice from those who've had the procedure.... I have quite a small frame, but I am tall-ish. I want to be proportionate, but with nice full boobs. Im thinking a large C or a small D. (See my wish boob pictures) - nothing crazy big. I was thinking about 350-400cc's, but Im not too sure if that would be too big on my frame. Any thoughts?
Will update as I go through this whole process!!

You already have some breast tissue, so I think 350 cc's would be enough for a natural result. Did you try on sizers at an appointment yet and what cup size do you wear right now?
April 14, 2017
I made some rice sizers and I'm thinking 375 ish would probably be the best. I'm currently a 32b, hoping to get to a 32d :)

believe me do 400cc you will be happy , 90% of who did BA they said I wish I did bigger
April 14, 2017
I would say 350. I personally like the natural looking results but lot of people like the enhanced look so you are obviously the better judge for yourself. You already have breast tissue so 350 should be fine IMO.

Thanks everyone - that's probably what I'll do. I definitely don't want "[RS bleep]" boobs, just would be nice to have some shape up there! Haha. Only 75 days away!

I'm short 5'4 but weigh about 110lbs. I have 425ccs and am a 34D. Was a barely A before I went to Dr Hedden. Definitely go over 400ccs if you want to be a D but even though I love the thought of being a D... Wish I had gone bigger. And to think I was going to do 350ccs! Glad I didn't lol. He's awesome though! Good choice!

Thanks for the advice! I looked at your profile and you look awesome! I can't wait till June.... just want to get this over with haha. I've heard nothing but great things about Dr Hedden. I found out about him because my SO's ex got her breasts done there too.... he keeps joking that he needs to get a return client discount haha. How long would you suggest staying in town before I head back home? My consult is on the 27, surgery on the 28 and then post op on the 29. Would I be okay to leave on the 29? I have to take a 7 hour flight ;(

I live 5 hrs away. I did the 3 day process. I went home right after my follow up appt. I promise it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I don't even recall the ride home LOL! You will be fine to leave the 29th. Best wishes and hope you have a smooth recovery. Just make sure when you get home, don't let your meds trick you into thinking you're ok enough to do anything. Rest rest rest! I had my right boob swell up on me thinking I could do anything. Thankfully they are the same size now.

How long to stay?

kitkat1991
I'm going to start looking at booking my flight and hotel soon. My consult is at 2:00pm on the 27th, then surgery on the 28th and follow up on the 29th. What would you guys recommend for the number of nights? 2,3 or 4. The flight is pretty long with one stopover... so it's not just a quick trip. I was thinking come in on the morning of the 27, then leave on the morning of the 30. Would that be enough?

You should be fine if you leave on the 30th. I am not sure if you have been under anesthesia before and last thing you want to do is throw up during your flight so i would not recommend that you leave on 29th. If you plan on having stop overs, make sure you have enough time between the flights so you don't have to run to switch terminals. I personally would do 2 flights. The more stopovers, the more changes of delays and missing your next flight.

Yeah, Im going to try to find a direct one, but I dont know if i'll have much luck. Probably going to need to stopover in Toronto... but oh well. I have been under anesthesia before, and its not too bad....hopefully I can just drug myself up and sleep on the plane haha

I had to see my doctor a week post-op so I was required to stay in town for a week minimum but I ended up staying for almost 2 weeks since I was staying with family that lived in the same state as my doctor. To be honest, even if I wasn't required to see my doctor a week later, I don't think I could have traveled so soon afterwards with the pain/restricted amount of movement. Third day post-op seems to be the worst day for most people since you experience the most pain on this day. I was completely helpless for the first week and the pain pills make you so drowsy/groggy. Thankfully my mom and boyfriend were there to help me but I don't know what I would have done without them! 2 weeks later I was still taking my time walking through the airport and couldn't lift/roll my own luggage :( Will someone be joining you to help you in anyway way?
April 21, 2017
oh brutal! Im sorry you had a rough time. My boyfriend will be coming down with me to help me out. And funnily enough... his ex gf got hers done at the same place, so he knows what to expect which is good. haha. I think I will stay for the 4 nights, just to be safe. Its going to suck either way, but I might as well make it as okay as possible! haha
April 21, 2017
lol it's probably just me. I have a high pain tolerance usually but I find that whenever I have surgery I take longer to heal than most. Glad to hear your boyfriend will be accompanying you on your trip. That's funny that his ex-gf had hers done at the same place. My boyfriend had no clue what he was in for. Fortunately he was looking forward to the end result and was happy to help :) Since your bf will be there with you then 4 nights should be enough time to rest before heading back. Was a bit worried at first since it seemed like you were doing it alone!
