They will drop more and soften. They will also feel like they are naturally yours in a few months -- right now it feels like something is on your chest, right? That sensation goes away, I promise...

The swelling goes down and the tissue naturally softens around the implant, but it will indeed never feel quite as soft as natural breasts, no matter how natural they look.

You look great in your before picture so you will likely be a D or DD when done dropping. Give yourself time as the final result takes a while. You will have a good idea of where you are at at 8 weeks. Did you get silicone or saline? What type of incision? How is your pain level?

I got saline under the muscle and in the crease. My Pain has been a lot Worse than I thought. I thought I would be able to walk the next day. It's been 5 days today and I went to the Dr to get my stitches out and my left breast has been hurting. My left breast is high and hurts still.

Looking at your results so far, possibly DDD. Once you get past that though, it's difficult to find bras anywhere. Your doing great! Don't buy new bras too early because you will find yourself changing a lot in the coming 6-8 weeks. Have fun trying on! Happy healing.

Does your doc have you using a band? I had pain mostly on my left side but it was in my shoulder. My doc had me take muscle relaxers for 14 days and really helped.
