The swelling is going down some. They are very soft. Been icing every so often for 15 mins.

I'm feeling real good!!! I'm only taking pain medicine at night and I'm able to sleep on my side. Pain level is literally a 0 out 10. I'm trying to take thing slow just to be on the safe side but in reality I feel back to normal. I think the Lord spared me because I'm having such a easy and speedy recovery. I also think it's due to the approach Dr. Hedden used that allowed me to recover easily.

Can you share his approach ? Or did you do anything before surgery to help you ?

I remember him telling me, but I'm not for sure step by step so I would hate to tell you the wrong thing, I just remember him telling me at my post op, the reason I'm not in a lot of pain is because of the certain approach he did. I'm sorry I couldn't be of further assistance, if you have any other questions let me know.

And seriously the only thing I did before the surgery is said a long prayer asking for a safe surgery and speedy recovery. Lol no joke.

Where are you getting them done at? And yes that was my biggest concern was recovery but it's not all that bad.
