Have anyone ever use one of these half moon...

Have anyone ever use one of these half moon pillows under thighs after Brazilian butt lift I am trying to keep from paying so much money on something that's temporary when I can always reuse this pillow. I have also considered purchasing a cushion U pillow as well that will relieve pressure also....
