Hoping to have a waist and a better shape!!! - Birmingham, AL

I took a shower put my garment on today did housework walked took care of kids etc...took more pics..I know I'm not even a week and I have been laying on one side more than the other which has has me worried. I also sit when I go to the restroom so maybe I'm messing up. I don't sit otherwise. I figure first 5 days were most important and I am trying now to do better. I need to make my week appt to get checked. I knew going in I had lost ten lbs so transfer wasn't gonna be much my shape and midsection were my priorities not a big butt. I just want my clothes to fit. Muffin top not bigger than my ass, ya know? I can't wait to go down a size in garment

Still Very swollen Especially flanks & Lower back stomach is also just feels weird have to keep foam on it so hopefully no wrinkles will form

I'm still pretty swollen and numb on back sides stomach.. I took pics today. I guess I need to start watching what ineat. I hadnt had an appetite in a week so I ate a lot yesterday. Pain better..still uncomfortable laying down
