34 years old 5'6 127 pounds getting 425cc silicone implants by Dr Hedden - Birmingham, AL

I have always been small chested. I am 5'6 and 127 pounds. I am constantly on the water and I want to fill out my bikini. I also want to wear the really cute tops and dresses. Right now I am a full A / small B. I want to be a full C/ small D. I have chosen to do the saline implants using the tuba method. I have looked at so many of your profiles. I am really excited and nervous. I have my preop appt on Monday 8-31-15 and my surgery is scheduled for 9-16-15. I have a few questions for any of you ladies that have had a similar procedure.
1. Will my breast ride high following surgery? I am having the implants placed below the muscle.
2. Will I have good nipple sensation afterwards? That is important to me.
3. Do you think that 450cc will look good on me? Please see my current photos.
4. When will I be able to have sex after the procedure? I have a serious boyfriend and we currently do it everyday so I need to prepare him. Lol
5. Will the saline implants feel soft at all or will they be hard?
6. I having my surgery on Wednesday and I have to work for a few hours on Saturday morning and then I go back full time on Monday. I do MRIs at an outpatient facility so most of my patients are easy. How long did it take you to be able to bend over and pick up a five pound object and raise it to a table?
I need any advise and tips that I can get. I want to look amazing and any tips and tricks that can help will be greatly appreciated.

My preop appt is today. I want to go with Saline for many reasons. Please let me know how you and your significant other like your saline implants.
