I am using Dr. Hedden for breast lift and implants. I am scheduled to do the procedure on Oct. 15, 2014. I am getting more nervous everyday! I will update my review as I get closer to the date and afterwards. I am currently a 36c. I can't decide on implant size yet! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I am 5'3" 145 lbs. I am trying to lose weight before my procedure and at least be around 143 lbs!

Glad your excited:) please try to perform the rice test to help you decide what size your comfortable with. As for weight changes it is always good to try to reach your goal weight first so they stay the size you want afterwards. Try not to get nervous:) you should do fine. Have a great day.

Hi blue! I am about close to your measurements and I got 400 left and 425 right and just live my size! I'm still in the drop and fluff phase and loving the ladies on RS to help guide me through my journey. Feel free to ask me any questions :)

Hi there! Our starting size is similar. I went with 450cc saline. I really wanted a full, but natural look. I had loose breast skin due to weight loss that I wanted to have filled out, and the 450cc did a perfect job of it:)

Hi there- what type of implant did you end up with? I don't see that was posted-our starting size is very similar and I'm doing high profile saline 475 cc next week. Thanks for all your help. I too like the fake look and am hoping the high profiles do the trick!

I wanted the fake look but mine look more natural to me. I had moderate profile plus, which I was disappointed in. I had 400 cc put in. I wish I would have had high profileS! I hope to get to go back and get them redone! I hate that I am still paying on something I am not satisfied with :/

Yes I agree - talked to two different docs in the same practice - one was quite conservative and was only gonna do a lift as he said I didn't need the implants- requested another doc and he said yes I can do high profiles 450-475cc - I have enough breast tissue and broad shoulders to handle them he said. I hope I get what I want the first time! Thx for your reply! Xoxo

Hi remember high profile does not mean they will be higher up and rounder up top. What gives more of a fake look is totally dependent on how much tissue there is compared to the percentage of implant. The more implant then your own tissue the rounder and more fake they look. Profile always should first fit your diametèr and then the rest goes into projection otherwise you lose cleavage and upper pole fullness. Sometimes we have to remove more of the patients tissue to allow more of the look of the implant. The problem is the more you remove the higher the risk of loss of blood supply to the nipple.

I was terrified! But it was so much better than I expected! I don't remember a thing! Everyone was great! The pain wasn't unbearable Either since I took my pain pills as ordered around the clock!

It was a good day as well! Follow up appointment with Dr.Hedden early in the morning where they took more pictures:) the pain is manageable just a little tightness in my chest:)
I ended up going with 350 cc filled to 400 cc round saline moderate profile plus. I am loving them so far.
