I was doing this for preventative measure as I have relatively good skin for my age. No fine lines or marionette lines. What I did notice were some jowls coming down, so I wanted to stop that before they got worse. Just tighten up my jaw line. I went in to Face Skincare and Wellness Center in Bingham Farms, Michigan. I was treated by a RN who is very personable. I was told I would have minor swelling and/or bruising. I did not expect this much swelling. There are a few red marks under my chin as well now. Those area are very firm, hard lumps under my skin. It's really scary. The rest of the swelling is normal, soft tissue that is just swollen. I called to talk to my service provider, who called me back almost immediately and said this was normal. I text messaged her my pictures but haven't heard back yet.

I went in for a consult with Michelle. She is really nice and knowledgeable with great bedside manor. She is excellent. I do wish she told me the amount of swelling to expect. She said it would be minimal and this was very scary when I had such a large amount of swelling. They do not take Care Credit here and use a company called Medical Financing. I applied online and didn't realize until too late that this was a personal line of credit almost like a mortgage, and they charged me a $350 ORIGINATION FEE!!! Plus they charged 13% interest!! Care Credit is always interest free for the first 6 months and of course, no FEE when you apply! I come here because they have excellent technicians (Michelle, Ashley) who are extremely professional and have the latest lasers available in my area.
