I am finally ready to change my body. I am tired...
WORTH IT$6,500
I am finally ready to change my body. I am tired of my stomach not being flat even though I eat right and exercise. I have had several surgeries on my stomach due to my colon erupting years ago. So, I'm ready for a fresh start...
I had a consultation with Dr. Michael Diaz, my friend recommended him. He was great! I nervous and not sure what to expect. He made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. He also had great reviews on Real Self. I prayed and stalked RS for a while, then I called Dr.Diaz office back and set my surgery date. I am so glad that i can look on Real Self for advice and tips on what to look forward to. items to buy, and most of all Support!!

Pre-Op Labs Done!
I had my pre-op labs done everything was fine except my platelets were a little high. My PCP was not worried and neither is Dr. Diaz but I'm going to start taking a low dose aspirin and bump up my fish oil just to bring my platelets down.
The PC said he will probably have me to redraw them before my pre-op visit so I'm praying all goes well.

You won't be able to shower for a few days so pick up some baby wipes to wipe yourself down, get a travel pillow, have some crackers and water nearby, wear attire that is easy to put on and off and doesn't have to go over your head. I opted for button up flannel pajama tops. Buy some safety pins to pin and keep your drains in place so they don't accidentally fall. Chapstick near by. Buy DIAL antibacterial soap, you will be required to wash your body with that soap and especially the affected areas before going into surgery with it.
