Scar healing good!! Still wearing my garment every day but on the weekend I wear my spanx panties. Still loving my results, waist still slimming I had to alter my clothing which is a good thing!!
Loving the New Me!!!
I am now two months post op, I had my final check up and everything is healing great! I’m still swollen and I still have internal sutures but all in all I feel soo good!! I started scar therapy my PS suggested Merderma Scar Gel, I’m still soo sore from the Lipo to my sides/flanks and back. I am just amazed at how good I look now!! I don’t want to put on any clothes lol!! I am following my nutritionist plan, exercising and just enjoying ME!! I have lost weight and several inches I need a new wardrobe now!
29 Days Post Op YEAH!!!
I am pleased with my results!! My scar is looking better and better and I am feeling better every day. Dr. Diaz did a fantastic job!! His staff is also wonderful I am soo happy I went to him. I just had my last drain taken out, so I’m very happy now. I am finally sleeping in the bed with the help of a step stool, but I can only sleep on my back, my sides are still sore and I’m still soo swollen!! I tried on a bikini, so far so good. Going back to work next week, wish me luck!! Now I’m trying to figure out how to maintain my new body, I’m going to a nutritionist next week and trying to decide which exercises I should do whenever I can start. More updates to come...
