I had a neck and facelift plus upper and lower lid surgery with Nigel Horlick which left my face almost lopsided! One side too tight, the other not tight enough which has meant that one side is more aged looking (and gets worse over time). Also the surgery on my eyes did not match - I had been assured that there would be no scarring but this was not the case. I paid to have liposuction on my neck but didn't get it nor did I have the necklift - confirmed by another cosmetic surgeon I subsequently consulted who also remarked on the noticeable "wavy line" scar on one eyelid.
