Dr Tsai was very honest and set realistic expectations for me. From consultation, pre-op, surgery day, questions/concerns after surgery even after-hours, to post-op appointments, the service is top-notch. The outcome is amazing and I am thrilled with how my boobs look! Overall trust and friendliness of entire staff, especially his assistant Lindsey who is very hands on & reliable to contact every single time. Everything about my experience was incredible. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting plastic surgery or any other service that they offer.
