Dr Sykes is a very skilled, professional and caring plastic surgeon. I had a botched rhinoplasty performed over 10 years ago by a female surgeon in Santa Rosa. She left visible stitches, my nose was crooked and collapsing from removing too much cartilage and you could see up into my nostrils. I also could not breathe properly. I did my research and chose the best facial surgeon in the area. I can’t believe how great my nose looks now. It is symetrical now and a cute shape. On top of that, I can breathe better and there are no visible stitches or scars showing. I would highly recommend Dr. Sykes for anyone that wants a skilled professional. Thank you Dr. Sykes!

Beautiful ;) I have two failed rhinoplasties. Pinched nose. What grafts did he used in your nose? Did he opened the dome sutures? What do you think about Hilinski or Nassiff? Why did you choose just this doctor?
Thank you :) I was very cautious about who I chose after having a botched job. Doing all my research I felt that he was the best for the job over anyone else. He also does volenteer surgeries for people with cleft lip. I knew if he had the skills to do this than he was more than qualified to fix my nose. He will go over all the details with you in person but it has been one of the best choices I’ve made to go to him. Hope his helps :)
How much did you paid for the surgery?
After everything it was a little over 9k. You definitely don’t want to go cheap on something that is on your face and it’s defiantely worth it. Funny thing is there were other plastic surgeons with much less expirence trying to charge more. He is the best for the price most defiantely.
