I could not have imagined a better experience with my procedure. From the beginning of our initial video consultation, Dr. Rahal and his staff were extremely accommodating and generous with their time. I began my search for a surgeon in Q3 of 2017 and had several video, phone, and in-person consultations. Dr. Rahal stood out amongst all the surgeons due to his emphasis on an ethical practice, his professionalism, and his attention to detail. I was extremely picky about my surgery and had a very specific goal in mind for my body. In my opinion, Dr. Rahal was the only surgeon that was able to achieve my goals while putting my safety as his top priority and creating a good relationship between patient and doctor. My result speaks for itself and I could not be happier with my decision to have a BBL with Dr. Rahal. I spent about 15 hours a week for three months researching the procedure and it was very alarming to read the horror stories online regarding infections, malpractice, and death. I discussed these concerns with Dr. Rahal who reassured me that his main priority is safety and maintaining an ethical practice. Safety should always take priority and be the main factor while considering this surgery – regardless of price or location, always prioritize safety. I felt more than comfortable going into my surgery with Dr. Rahal because I knew that he had the knowledge and experience to mitigate any potential emergencies and that my health was his main concern. This procedure is not something that should be handled lightly, and being in the care of someone I feel comfortable with was extremely valuable. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Rahal made me feel comfortable about my decision and was quick to answer the (many) questions and concerns I had about the procedure. He has impeccable bedside manners and always went out of his way to make me feel special. Whether it was taking extra time out of his schedule to meet with me longer, or asking about my boyfriend, Dr. Rahal always made me feel well taken care of and a valued patient. This is something that I didn’t find with any other doctor and something that I cherished about being under Dr. Rahal’s care. I had a comprehensive list of questions and my goal was not a picture, but a general ratio and shape. Dr. Rahal made sure to answer each one of my questions extensively and tailored my experience to something that fit me. I appreciate detail and understanding every component of the surgery – Dr. Rahal immediately picked up on that and made sure that every interaction was held to that standard. I was more than well-educated on the procedure because of Dr. Rahal because of his profound attention to detail. In my search, I found that many doctors sculpted their patients the same. When looking at a doctor’s before/after shots, I noticed that many patients’ results looked the same as the previous patient. I was very adamant on my result looking natural and not having a “shelf booty”. In our pre-op, Dr. Rahal took his time to address every part of the procedure and every step of the surgery. He reassured me that my results would be extremely natural and that he would focus on areas of concern. The process was completely molded to accommodate my goals and desires, which is something I found rare with this procedure. His work is amazing and I am so thankful to have had a surgeon that was as respectful, intelligent, and capable as Dr. Rahal. I am more than pleased with my results after only six weeks and cannot thank Dr. Rahal enough for the confidence he has given me. Recovery from the surgery was a breeze and any time I had a question, Dr. Rahal and his staff were quick to respond. I am so happy with my body and results that I am considering going back for a round 2 to target other areas that I did not have done in the first procedure. I would happily recommend Dr. Rahal to any of my friends and family looking to get a cosmetic procedure done. It’s rare to find a doctor who not only understands your goals, but is able to produce the exact result you want while prioritizing your health and safety.
