I was excited, but changed my mind in a matter of seconds, this has been the worst experience and product ever. I was injected in my smile lines and the product traveled straight to my lip, I'm not sure how, but I felt it right away. The surgeon said it was fine and would not allow his assistant to massage it he said it would go away he was trying to get a smile line that was not even there!! I was livid!!!, I went to his anesthesis and she tried to massage the product out, this was after the surgeon tried to suck the product out with a syringe and had no luck, this product is not user friendly, my lip has had so much trauma that now it looks worse and has dark pigmentation that is permanet damage. Not to mention my lip looks like it has a herpe ball, I am told this can last for 6-8 months. We tried calling the rep and nurse vendor and I never heard back from them. My lip hurts and its painful when I touch areas I was injected Worst product ever!!
