You look great!! Are you happy with your results??
Yes I am very happy with the results. It also helps to look at these photos sometimes to see how much improvement has actually happened.

The healing is going well. I am actually very pleased with my results so far. A lot of the fluff is gone and I can't wait to see the improvements over the next few months with the help of diet and excercise.
My measurements are pretty much identical at the moment. So I think I still have some swelling going on.
Visually it looks so much better.

Excellent results you look great! I had 3.5 litres taken out last week same procedure as you I think so just in the swelling stage! Has your skin retracted ok it looks like it has? They told me I may want a full tummy tuck if mine doesn't but I would rather not
Thank you for saying that. It is a very nerve wrecking process and we all just put our trust in our doctors hands.
My skin has retracted nicely. I don't really see any loose skin (fingers crossed that it will stay like that).
TT is such intense procedure and I did not want to do that either.
Post on your experience also! I would love to read/hear.

Back at the gym and it feels so good. I am so loving my results, the swelling is less now. My waist is same now as it was pre op. Clothes look so much better on me and I would say this procedure has given me a ton of hope. I am excited to work out, eat well and maintain my results.

Edit. Waist measurements are the same now than they were pre surgery. So the swelling is going down.
