Dr. Pearson recently performed an upper lip reduction on me. I was really nervous about how my lip might look afterward and a tiny bit nervous about the surgery, itself. Dr. Pearson is the kindest doctor I've ever met. He listened carefully to my concerns and only removed as much tissue as I requested. He has a gentle touch and explained everything as he did it. In the middle of the procedure, he asked how I was doing and I told him my nose was itchy and he actually scratched it for me like I would have done for a child. He's checked on me more often than my doctors did in Boston after major surgery. The swelling peaked on the third day, as he predicted, and was close to normal by the tenth day. It's almost a month and I've been doing massage on the scar which I can feel but not see as the incision is clean and precise. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pearson and the experience, I chose him after months of research and recommend him highly.

Was your lip big from silicone injections? Looking for someone experienced in reduction with silicone.
Hi geishagirl, sorry I didn't see your question earlier. If you haven't already had your reduction done, I'd go for a consultation with Dr. Pearson. He's so skilled and precise and only does facial surgery. I know he's done a lot of lip surgery and reductions, not sure how many, but I can say he did an amazing job on me and I was very scared of coming out lopsided or something. He's also a wonderful person. I've just had a lip lift with him and submitted a review that will be up soon.

LOL yes! I've had a lot of surgeries in my life, mostly orthopedic. I've never had a doctor as wonderful as Dr. Pearson and I mean that in every sense. He makes you feel like you're his only patient.

Ha ha. Just had hip replacement a year ago!! Orthopedic surgery is grueling.
