I've been going to Dr. Charles Lee on a fairly regular basis for a multitude of complicated procedures (both revision and primary) and not once was there even the slightest hint of disappointment. This last procedure was a second revision rhinoplasty (3rd rhinoplasty if you include the primary), in conjunction with facial liposuction (cheeks, jowls, and neck), and I have to say, the improvements are already apparent. From a logistical standpoint, Lori did a phenomenal job facilitating everything. Keep in mind, I am not from the area, so flawless scheduling / timing was a must. On the day of my procedure, Dr. Lee took the time to explain everything in-depth, while making sure all of my concerns were addressed. The objective of the revision rhinoplasty was to raise my bridge, increase tip projection, and remove permanent sutures that had been placed in my nose in prior surgeries. After two prior surgeries with another surgeon, my bridge appeared flat and my tip was round with an unattractive beak-like appearance. My reason behind opting into liposuction was for a more chiseled face with more notable contour on and around the cheeks / jawline. The operation itself was painless, and upon waking, I was in little to no discomfort. As I noticed my swelling slowly dissipating in the days that followed, I began to see the positive effects of surgery. What I was most fond of was the following: Nose: -Even with the cast on, I could see that the bridge had been raised considerably; something I had always wanted prior to surgery. -The tip, despite obvious signs of swelling, showed great projection, and the bulbous pollybeak was gone. -I was also greatly pleased to hear that all sutures had been removed, as they had caused irritation for quite some time. -Cast removal also made it quite evident that my results were phenomenal, and exactly on point with what I had envisioned and desired. -Previous signs of notable asymmetry were also corrected, and I was thrilled my nose not only strengthened my profile, but also improved my overall aesthetics from a frontal view. Facial Liposuction: -Still a bit early to fully evaluate, but I could see an apparent increase in contour (yes, even with the swelling), and no visible signs of scarring; all great signs. -The incision marks were so well-hidden and inconspicuous, I had to ask Dr. Lee where the incisions were made in the first place. Totally alleviated my fears of having visible scarring for the next few months. -Each day shows a great degree of contour as larger quantities of the swelling disappears. Overall, I am very happy with the work that had been done, and cannot think of a single complaint. Dr. Charles Lee has always been able to deliver the exact appearance I had sought after. He is an amazing surgeon who had always shown a lot of insight pertaining to both the aesthetic and functional aspects of my facial anatomy; a definite must for me when electing a surgeon. With an amazing track record along with a consistent display of solid results, I will continue to recommend friends and family to seek him out when considering any form of plastic surgery of any degree.
