Ear Shortened So Badly with edges looks jagged after surgery..caused irreversible damage by removing cartilage ,shrinking helix

I did a otoplasty surgery for one ear my ear was over corrected I doesn't want the shape to be modified but it is modified beyond recognition deeply depressed with results .Atleast if previous patients before after was shown I wouldn't have done it cartilage removed badly even in one ear otoplasty ear .ear now become very weak and smaller than other ,lost elasticity and gone out of angle and shape so bad to look now.atleast earlier ear was little big but position and shape is good.now it is in bad shape and position.cant able to see it.right ear is hanging up back in tilted angle and natural and operated right ear is straight and in different angle.operated ear is almost dead.waited 6 weeks no improvement

too much close to head than other ear less than 1 cm gap to conchal bowl .didn't expect they remove without analysing position and shape .though earlier little bigger shape and poision identical.now it become very bad.

i a prior warning was given if shape changes this bad i wouldnt have taken the surgery really feel bad for doing tis surgery messed up whole ear i needed a slight correction on helix but antihelix is corrected now edges look irregular and sharp .The smoothness of ear is gone now and ear become weaker .
