My experience w Dr. Bruno and his lovely associates was phenomenal. I will continue to recommend him to all of my family and friends. I had been considering to get a BBL since 2007. I tried hard to get the body I wanted through diet and exercise, but I was never able to achieve the desired contour w this regimen alone. My best friend had been recommending Dr. Bruno to me for a while. She had a procedure w him in the past and stated he was hands down THE best. Ten years later 2017, with still not having achieved the body I desired I said FINE! Like my friend said, "his consultation is free, you have nothing to lose." His office is currently located in West Hollywood, in a beautiful building on the 7th floor. Marisol and Joselle greeted me in and showed me to a consult room. From the moment Dr. Bruno walked in I fell in love. He was kind, polite, well mannered, and soft spoken. He was very hospitable. We went through the basic Q's and established a good "trust" relationship before he asked me to show him the problem areas of my body. I very much appreciated this time to connect. He took some pictures which he uploaded on the computer screen and showed me what he felt we could achieve w a BBL. I told him I understood that a BBL was more of a contouring rather than butt augmentation, which was totally fine for me. I wanted more to take OUT than I wanted to put back in. Although I wasn't complaining about getting a bigger booty as a result. After our consult, I met w Marisol who explained all the financing options. I chose care credit as it worked for me. There is no interest if you pay off the loan in 12 months. I set my date and looked forward to it. I had to reschedule due to an event I had previously planned. Joselle helped me reschedule and was super nice on the phone. I met w Dr. Bruno once again before the procedure to cross all our t's and dot our i's. It all looked well. He again went over the fact that everyone's results vary depending on genetics and body build, that being said, he felt I would be a wonderful candidate and felt I would be happy w my results. I agreed. The big day came. I spoke w Dr. Bruno once again. At this point i said "you can do whatever you want w me, I trust you already know what I want and I trust that you'll get me there however you can." We both laughed and took some more pictures before he introduced me to the anesthesiologist. She was very kind and settled my nerves about being intubated. At this point it was "bye bye mom," and "hello surgical table." The anesthesiologist started an IV and I don't remember anything between then and waking up in recovery. I was very uncomfortable, and my nurse PATRICK ran up once he saw I was waking up. He was super comforting and helped fetch my mom to get me going. Once I was somewhat awake my mom and Patrick escorted me into my mother's car and we left to her place. My mother took care of me the first week, which was the most uncomfortable and difficult. The second week I was able to come back home w my boyfriend to look after me. I followed up w Dr. Bruno the day after surgery, a week after surgery, and I have an appt to mark the 4th week post surgery. So far so good. I am still madly in love w Dr. Bruno. I really appreciate his approach w his patients. He makes you feel so welcome and cared for. He even sent me a "get well soon" edible arrangement around the 3rd day post op! Super cute! .. I am so happy and thrilled w my experience. Dr. Bruno is so great and I believe every women should have the opportunity to correct any unwanted or problem areas in there body. This is no longer something that is just open to celebrities. The average woman can have that dream body too! And I'll tell the next person how my best friend told me: "Go see Dr. Bruno! His consultation is free, you have nothing to lose--- and EVERYTHING TO GAIN! Thank you so much Dr. Bruno. You are truly LIFE CHANGING.
