I first visited Dr. Nima in September 2017 for under eye fillers and never looked back. As I stated in my previous review I had it done again a year later and now September 2019 I am due for filler again but wow, looks much better than when I started. I’ve also had Botox every 3-4 months for crows feet/mini brow lift. And in May 2018 I had chin lipo/buccal fat removal/chin implant. All these procedures have boosted my confidence significantly.
Also, I appreciate how Dr. Nima has respected my privacy. I opted out of having my photos shown on yelp, his website, instagram, etc. because I want my procedures to remain private and he has respected that. I figured the least I could do is upload my photos here because RealSelf is more of a safe haven since everyone here is just looking for the ideal surgeon! I have luckily found mine and hope you choose Dr. Nima too.

Over Due Review!
Procedures I have had done: Under eye filler, microneedling, laser, botox, chin implant, buccal fat removal, chin lipo
I was originally referred to Dr. Nima by my hairdresser. I first saw Dr. Nima in Sept 2017 for under eye fillers. I also had microneedling and laser done to my under area for the darkness. My under eyes are non existent! I was so happy with the results that I also had botox done in my eye area which is for crows feet and gives a mini brow lift. I redid the botox 3 months later as suggested and its been 4 months since the last time I had my botox and my eyes still look great!
There are many things to love about Dr. Nima and his office. What I love the most is the honesty that I always get from Dr. Nima. He does not try to upsell anything. If he does not believe a procedure is necessary he will tell you. For example, I went in at the 3 month mark to have my botox redone (this would have been my third time going for botox) and he said it was not necessary as the previous botox had not worn off yet. I asked him if I should get my under eye fillers done again since it is almost a year and he said it did not look necessary at the moment either. How cool is that that he did not just say yes and “take” my money.
Another example is when I told Dr. Nima about my insecurity with my chin and asked him about Kybella. He said he did have Kybella but mentioned the pros and cons (such as it was pretty pricey and only lasted a year). Instead he suggested chin lipo/buccal fat removal/chin implant. It was all one procedure. It all went well,no side effects. Everything looks so natural that no one suspects that I have had work done. People comment that I look thinner or that I grew out of my baby face but little do they know I went to Dr. Nima! I am in love with all my results.
