I met with a couple of doctors who were all very nice but in the end I was most impressed by Dr. Andrew Cohen. He spent ample time reviewing the procedure and recovery with me. I particularly liked that he wanted to avoid mesh and silk because he preferred not to introduce anything foreign to the body if not necessary. Having 3 small children I was very nervous to undergo surgery, but Dr. Cohen always put my mind at ease. He was more than happy to answer any of my questions and the day of the surgery I felt nervous but also very confident that I chose the right surgeon. I am only 2 1/2 weeks post surgery and so far I am extremely pleased with my results. Since my surgery I have been monitored with regular appointments (and they have always seen me right away which is a huge plus!). I would highly recommend Dr. Cohen! And I have to add that his office staff is such a pleasure to deal with. Shelley is fantastic as is everyone who works there. Overall a very positive experience.
