My motivation was to get rid of the weight in my stomach. Dieting and exercising were not making a difference. I walked and exercised for hours every day and saw results everywhere but in my midsection. I considered having surgery because I felt so helpless and they were no other options. I went back to the same doctor who did my breast reduction and it went perfectly. Aside from soreness, which is to be expected, I've had an easy recovery.
