I have been dissatisfied with my nose for my whole life. I'm a visual artist, so I am particularly sensitive to visual things. I have always wished that I could fix my nose, so that I could just stop being concerned about it and move on. I liked the idea of injectable rhino (for the low recovery time, lower cost), but did not like the idea of being stuck with having to do temporary fillers for the rest of my life. I was thrilled to hear that Dr. Kotler is a 30 year veteran/pioneer specializing in permanent non-surgicla rhinoplasty. Dr. Kotler took the time to listen to my issues with my nose and never made me feel rushed. He even had a "saline" test that he could administer to give me an idea of exactly what I would look like after I had the procedure. It was comforting to know that I could do a "Test Drive, " before I took the big step of having the procedure. I appreciate that Dr. Kotler breaks the procedure up into multiple mini treatments, so that he can do the procedure very carefully, very slowly and conservatively. He has excellent judgement. I had the saline test and the first treatment of my procedure, and I could not be happier so far. No pain, no bruising, no downtime, extremely natural results that address the problems I was concerned about. I can't wait to have the next treatments of my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Kottler to anyone who is contemplating this procedure.

Sounds like a good option.. As always, get a 2nd and 3rd Expert opinion. Good luck with your decision. Judge the ARTIST by the body of their work.
