Hi everyone,
My story begins when I was very young. I always had a flat nose. I did all my research. I even was thinking about going under the knife to permanently get one done just because I wasn't too happy with my own. I waited..then waited..then finally one day I have decided that I am going to try to visit this doctor in Beverly Hills area. His name is Robert Kotler. Great guy. He was made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. He also pointed out many things as he was very cautious and caring. He wasn't doing it for the money, it was more to help enhance my looks. For that I thank you, I had made the best choice!
If you have been following my profile and looking at my pictures, you would noticed my nose bridge is a bit different. It's higher and has more definition to it. I love it!!
I had a discount for mentioning the Real Self website. :) so instead of $1000, it was $750 on my first visit. I am so happy! I saw improvement right away! Can't wait for my second treatment. I would recommend this doctor to who ever wants or is looking into this type of procedure. If you want the best, here he is.

My nose was a very bit swollen and i have decided to press and shrink it to its position. But all i have noticed is my nose to swell more bigger than before. what kind of treatment should i under go,,,, non-surgical or surgery;;;;;;

Hi Mohamed, You might want to try asking a question of the doctors on this site. Please include a photo if you can. You should consult with one or more board certified plastic surgeons in person if you want a true treatment plan about your particular situation, though.

No I can't as I am not a doctor. You need to find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and go to him or her.

No, I had the reverse done several year ago (had my massive bridge and tip made smaller). It's great that you got a discount for mentioning RealSelf. Love that! I've used similar discounts as well. Will you keep up with the injections over time?
