I live in Los Angeles and my work require me to be...
I live in Los Angeles and my work require me to be in front of the camera/public eye quite a bit and since a couple of years ago, noticed that my face has started to show signs of aging. Being of Asian descent, I have minimal wrinkling but I do see droopiness at the corner of my eyes, mid face and jowl.
I know that the droopiness will only get worse ( I only had to look at my mother and grandmother if I want to see what Nature had in store for me) so I decided to take action.
My non-invasive facelift actually consisted of 4 different things
- Botox to the brows and jaws
- Fillers to my tear-through area, and mid cheeks
- Pelleve ( radiofrequency treatment to the whole face) , to increase collagen
-Dermapen ( to treat scarring , and to boost collagen )
I still have a few more sessions of Pelleve and Dermapen ( a few treatments are needed for max effectiveness) , but I am very happy with the results so far. I look as they say, "refreshed" and my dark circles have decreased dramatically as well. I can't wait to share before and after photos soon!
The consultation with Dr.Sheila was very thorough and she was frank of what she can or can't or won't do, and she told me the possible risks. I am not a stranger to cosmetic procedures and doctors, and I definitely think she is one of the warmest doctors I have met.
