Amazing results, congrats! I know how you feel, I workout about 5 days a week, but my abs still look flabby, so I wonder if it's worth it to get it done. I would like to have similar results like u. I have a little more fat then you do though.

beautiful results!! would u say the abs came largely from working out or would u say the lipo was a huge contribution to getting those abs? and how often did u work out? thanks

Wow, it gives you the perfect abs! You did not look you have much excess fat on you. Did you know how much fat the doctor took out?
I believe 1lb. give or take a little. I was 123 when I had the procedure. I'm at 118.5 now but I work out a lot

You were perfect before just fine toned now.. great work.. how does your abs feel compared to before.. smooth or do you have any scaring?
I am so encouraged by your results. I havd a similar before physique so it's so nice to see someone "like me". My procedure is 3/20
