I'm not a big review person - but seeing as though...
I'm not a big review person - but seeing as though I read numerous reviews before having my surgery, I feel obligated to share my experience, as well as compliment this amazing practice. Unbiased from any other reviews I'm going solely off my experience with Profiles Beverly Hills.
Unfortunately, most of my life I faced a constant battle with a deviated septum and multiple nose fractures. Consumed by school and a hectic work life after, I could never find the time to fix the clogged airway on one side of my nose and the unfortunate ugly kinks in my nose from all my fractures (you'd be surprised how many different ways I found to break my nose). With a significant employment change I had a short window and finally made it a priority to fix this thing once and for all. Coming from a metrics driven business world, I am used to achieving results and protecting my investments by doing upfront research. I read countless reviews for numerous surgeons in the LA area and even consulted with my ENTs from over the years (I was also gathering my medical history for insurance). All my due diligence landed me at Profiles Beverly Hills.
On my initial consultation I met both Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman as well as their administrative staff who was overly accommodating and friendly - big two thumbs up. During the consultation I overly stressed my desire for natural looking, meaning id rather keep some of the kinks than end up looking like Joan Rivers. Both doctors were very attentive and greatly stressed the ability to fix my deviation for breathing purposes (most important) and to focus on light, natural looking adjustments for aesthetic purposes. The doctors also made digitally enhanced photos that allowed me to view potential results, which ended up being very comforting when deciding to pull the trigger.
The surgery was a breeze and just like the rest of the staff, the nurse director was great. After the surgery she was able to answer all my drug-induced, incoherent questions and was also available when I followed up with a call the next day.
My recovery period was a little longer than most being that I had so much scar tissue from the years of wear and tear, but even then all of the instructions from the practice made this process simple and I was back to work about 7-10 days later. Just a note - dont stress after the first few weeks if you think you still look like bozo, the total healing process takes time, you just need to relax.
I had various follow-up appointments over the next year and received the same care and attention from all the above personnel during my visits. There were times when the practice was a little crowded and I might have felt like a stop-in felt rushed, but ultimately I am well aware that everyone is busy (including myself) and if I had specific questions that needed answering, I know extra time would have been spent to answer my questions. For someone looking for a little extra comfort and care during these post ops when the office is busy, I generally took tremendous comfort in knowing that I went to the most skilled hand in LA and there is a reason that they are so busy.
My results a year later are tremendous. I couldn't be any happier with the results as I am finally able to breathe normally for the first time in my life and look ruggedly handsome at the same time (just a joke). My results feel completely natural, and they honestly look even better than the digitally enhanced photos from my original consultation. I want to personally thank both Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman and the entire staff at Beverly Hills Profiles, you guys are fantastic.
