THEY START OFF REALY NICE, but then...

I came to Litner and Solieman with a botched African American Rhinoplasty revision and they seemed to be experts and confident they could help me. After the 2 surgeries they did, which both developed major scar tissue, I was presented with a third option by Solieman, Linter the rudest and most apparent ignorant one didn't want to do it, he wanted to be done with me despite the deformity.

When I asked why this wasn't done as the 1st or 2nd surgery I was told that they didn't know if they needed to be that aggressive. REALLY!!!! Are you kidding me. Of course I was livid, these are supposed to be experts. If you didn't know the 1st time, you definitely should have known by the 2nd, especially since I came with major scar tissue.

By the 3rd surgery, I was just charged for the anesthesia (which they really thought was nice of themselves). When I did my follow-up with Litner I noticed that the incision looked odd and uneven, he basically dismissed me and said it would heal. Later after about 9 months it got worse and I had major deformity and unevenness. I told them I needed this fixed it was too obvious.

Litner had a bad attitude that he was "trying" to mask toward me the whole time and it realy came out the day of my 4th surgery to correct the cause of the deformed scar. He said that no one could see the scar unless I was lying down and at that point it wouldn't matter. Implying that I would be having sex and that would not on the guy's mind. I was horrified, but of course I wouldn't dare address this when they are about to perform surgery on me.

Later I told Solieman during my follow-up about how thankful I was for what they had done but that I was also insulted by Litner's comment. He started yelling at me telling me it didn't matter what was said as long as they took care of things, and they did things at lower costs to me.

When it was time for another follow-up appointment I called the office and was told that they said it was "nothing else they could do for me" I had to go to them because no other surgeon was going to do this follow-up for another surgeons work.

I was floored, I now saw that both of them were equally ignorant, arrogant, ill-mannered, unprofessional, unethical and insensitive. They felt like they were doing me a favor although it was due to their poor decision making and bad attitudes.

I trusted them to make expert decisions regarding me and present all options, It is not my fault that they didn't do the 3rd surgery the 1st time, or that they botched my incision causing deformity.

I made it clear to them that is ethical to make corrections to their bad decisions and not charge me for their mistakes. I paid to have it done right the 1st time. Also, if they had better attitudes toward me the 4th surgery wouldn't have been necessary.

BAD ATTITUDE=BAD RESULTS. Don't waste your time and money with these wolves in sheep’s clothing.
