Rhinoplasty, 24 Years Old, Female - Beverly Hills, CA

I am not happy with my results at all. Thousand of dollars lost all because I didn't know any better at the time. Not worth it in my opinion. Find a doctor who cares more and truly listens to your wants, needs and insecurities. I was looking to have a nose job to boost my confidence when taking photos from a front view yet was left with terrible scaring(very noticeable), a large indent/unevenness on the bridge of my nose and a very wide nostrils.
I hate smiling for photos now. I dislike my nose more now than before the surgery.
This experience has caused me wish for my old nose back everyday since.
Please take you business and hope for a more beautiful face/nose elsewhere. This doctor will not do what you ask. I took in multiple photos of what I wanted, told him about all my concerns/insecurities, I wanted a much narrower nose yet still he only did as he wished. Everyday Im sad about this mistake, please take into consideration when choosing this doctor.

Sorry I'm a little behind on updating my condition. So my cast came off this past Wednesday afternoon (roughly six days after surgery). The doc said everything looked good and replaced the cast with a skin tone colored tape. He showed me how to massage my nose in a way that will lessen the swelling. He said that I can remove the tape on my own Saturday morning. I searched on YouTube for a video on how to massage your nose after rhinoplasty and found a great one that really helped! As for the pain, it's almost fully gone. Thank goodness!! Nose is very tender but that's expected. The massaging does hurt but it's controlled since your doing it on your own.

Omg! My nose looks so different. I'm becoming more and more nervous because I'm not so sure it's as small, or thin I should say, as I had asked it to be. It still seems pretty wide but I'm hoping once the swelling goes down I'll have a better result. I took a picture right when he took the cast off (even though he asked me not too) and it looked very weird.
Ahhh I'm nervous. Okay well, I'll update again once the tape comes off!! Happy weekend everyone! :)

So packing was taken out yesterday morning and let me just tell you how great that was! The packing inside the nostrils forced me to only breath through my nose which I'm totally not used to. I woke up every hour durning sleep my first night it was the worst. I also woke up chocking at one point. Imagine having a sever cold and having tons of congestion blocking your nasal passage. I freaked out but honestly it makes sense, I had a nude job, but I just wasn't very prepared. so i would recommend sleeping with lots of pillows that prop you up at a good angle. Or if you have it, sleep on your lazy boy it will be best fit just that first night. You'll also avoid possible face rolling. That hurts btw.
But anyway, I feel do much better.
Pain is intense. I know I have a low tolerance for it but wow, it's shocking. The norco drug I purchased honestly didn't do the job. The meds made me very nauseous but the pain was worse so I took the pills anyway. Ice packs have been my best friend, or and pineapple juice. Food is hard to eat the first few days as your face is pretty beat and lips are slightly numb. I had a large healthy smoothy with fruits and veggies at jamba juice the morning following surgery and that kept me pretty satisfied. As I said the drink is super healthy, all ingredients are raw: kale, spinach, pineapple, banana, and apples blended with ice. Also made me feel better since it's packed with natural vitamins. Eating is becoming a little easier each day. Swelling is looking better! Can't wait till Wednesday when this awful cast comes off ??
