I chose Dr. Paul Nassif for my revision septoplasty after having 3 botched rhinoplasties at different times in my life from 3 different plastic surgeons in NJ. Dr. Nassif is the most skilled surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of working with to fix both my functional and cosmetic issues. I chose Dr. Nassif after watching him for months on the show "Botched" on the E channel, and seeing his work and results up close in the comfort of my home south of Tucson, Az. I had previously been turned away by at least 4 other plastic surgeons who wouldn't touch my nose, so I had given up any hope that it could ever be fixed until I saw the amazing and artistic work of Dr. Nassif on Botched. My nose with was very small & cute, but my nostrils were grossly asymmetrical, the tip turned to the left, I still had a severely deviated and perforated septum which resulted in my breathing through only 1 nostril (the other nostril did not function at all), I had developed terrible allergies and literally lived on Benedryl & Flonase, and my snoring became really bad. My surgery was totally painless, despite the fact that I had cartilage removed from my ear and rib and Dr. Nassif had to literally rebuild and lengthen my entire nose. The after-care center was incredible, and the entire experience was actually very enjoyable. Even though I'm only 10 days out, I give Dr. Nassif 2 big thumbs up and a 5/5 star rating. He is the best, and trust me, at the age of 69, I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. I am a newly retired high school math teacher and my husband is a retired Army Sergeant Major, so we are not among many of his Beverly Hills elite clientele. We paid for the surgery using credit cards, which his office readily accept. If you have had any bad experiences in the past, you owe it to yourself to consult with Dr. Nassif. He is a Revision Rhinoplasty specialist and performs many of these surgeries every week. By the way, I no longer have any allergy issues anymore, and my husband has not heard me snore at all, despite the fact that it is necessary to sleep on your back for the 1st 2 weeks after surgery. Thank you, Dr. Nassif…I love your professionalism, expertise, and great personality!

Whoa! VERY dramatic in an amazing way! You are so pretty and love your hair/hair color
Thank you so much! I will be 70 years old in December and have always had a thick head of long hair. Also, the color is natural and has been turning platinum blonde instead of gray. It's all about taking care of yourself on the inside as well as the outside.
Wow! I hope my hair looks just like yours when I'm 70 ☺️
I still can't believe that I'm turning 70 in December. I don't look, feel, or act my age!
Beautiful result. Congrats!!
Thank you! My nostrils are still somewhat asymmetrical (they were perfect for the first 2 weeks after my surgery), but they're much improved from my "before" photo. My nose is still perfectly straight and the tip is great. I'm breathing really well from my left nostril, but the right one is still tight inside my nose…perhaps it's still swollen. Dr. Nassif told me that when I'm a year out, there is a small procedure he may be able to do to fix the nostril/columella imperfection. I'm still very happy with the result and can't believe that my allergy problems are virtually gone…no more itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, etc.
Good to hear that. It might be still swollen and you will see improvements as swelling decreases. Please keep us posted on your progress. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I hope you're right, but, unfortunately, even Dr. Nassif said that cartilage has memory.
How can cartilage have memory if it's cut, reset, or partially cut off?
Looks lovely ! Can you post more photos so we can see . I would love to see more close up.
One of Dr. Nassif's assistants posted those photos for me. When I return to his office for my 3 month check-up in October, I will take more photos and have someone there post them for me.
Ok thank you !!
did he use rib? looks great!
Yes, he used cartilage from both my rib and one ear to both widen and lengthen my nose and perform a septoplasty.
oh now i am confused on weather i should go to davis or nassif! you have similar issues to me. i have seen some bulky noses from nassif...but yours is really a great result. congrats. so hard to achieve
did you consult with davis? or anyone else?
No doubt. Use Nassif. I have not yet posted my story but Dr Nassif is with no doubt the most talented Jose surgeon in the country. I feel you could see what he did for me you would not think twice
Wow! Could you post close ups of front and side? Looks great from afar!

I will post photos at a later time, since I am...

I will post photos at a later time, since I am only 10 days post-surgery. Please refer to my review below. It was a delightful, painless experience, and I had the advantage of having my husband both support & encourage the decision to go forward with the revision and drive us back and forth from Sahuarita, Arizona to Beverly Hills (1000 miles round-trip). We have turned the trips into 3 day mini-vacations by staying 2 nights at the Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino in Indio, Ca.

hi, how much did it cost?
thank you
$32,250 which included the ear and rib graft, the anesthesiologist, the surgical center, and a very complex 6 hour surgery in which Dr. Nassif had to basically rebuild the entire inside of my nose AND lengthen it. I am now 17 days post-surgery, and my nose is GORGEOUS! I absolutely love it and will post photos as soon as I can figure out how!
I cannot wait to see pics. Yes please post. Thank you!
Is dr. Nassif an ENT? Does he accept insurance?
Dr. Nassif is a rhinoplasty specialist and performs many initial and revision rhinoplasties every week. You can check his bio on Google regarding his credentials, but you can view his surgical expertise on the show Botched which airs on the E channel with numerous re-runs. He can assist you by providing the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company, but he does not accept insurance up front.
Fabulous!
Thank you so much! After 3 previously botched surgeries, I am thrilled with Dr. Nassif's results. After a month, my nostrils are starting to become asymmetrical again, but it's still a huge improvement over how they were before my surgery. Once I'm a year out, Dr. Nassif told me he may be able to perform a small procedure to make them look more aligned. But considering what little he had to work with and the need to rebuild, lengthen, and straighten my nose , he certainly did a phenomenal job.
Looking forward to your updates!
Look great! How much length did you need?? I need so much am desperately trying to determine if it's worth it. I was butchered.
