Flew to the states from UK following having 2 rhinoplasty surgeries in the UK. i was abit worried as my first surgeon completey ruined my nose and left scarring but my second surgeon sort of correct my nose but didn't give me anywhere near the result i wanted. Even from the day i took my cast of i could just tell that it just not gonna be the shape i wanted the dr keeper saying don't worry the swelling will go down the swelling will go down 2 years down the line it never did. I'm not going to get into slatting or cursing over sugeons i have already left my personal review on them.
Anyway when i finally meet mr fleming i sat down showed him pictures on my phone of which i screenshot of what i wanted i had various pictures of nice noses from models and pics of peoples rhinoplasties that had been done and also showed him rhinoplasties i didn't like as he could also see what i defiantly didn't want, i am a man and i was even showing him womens noses as i found it hard to specify what i actually wanted because i wanted a model type nose but i wanted my own character to in it so it looked completely natural. we had a little joke and he laughed an said for a start some of the pictures your showing me are womens noses and your a man and i laughed an just said I'm just so confused i just bought a load of pictures i thought had perfect list of nice noses. He then explained to me in a technical way how a male an female nose are so different then he also explained to me how every single nose is different in some way shape or form. He asked me to point out the features i like about some of the pictures, he then got out of his chair started to feel my nose gently squeezing it dabbing it touching it as thought he was molding it in to shape then an there. i had neva had a consultation with a dr like this but i could just for some reason feel that i trust that this guys really know what his looking for an what he wants to do. i decided to go ahead with the full payment as i made a deposit weeks before hand. i went in on the wednesday to have my operation i loved the way i was greeted i then was privileged to meet his right hand nurse is absolutely amazing she was literally so helpful. i then let him proceed with surgery. when i woke up from surgery i felt fine actually best sleep ever well i say that everytime i have anesthitic but this time i actually felt no pain when i woke up. Mr fleming then said everything went to plan then his wonderful right hand nurse cleaned me up an keeped me calm an relaxed until there aftercare came, who then put me in a wheelchair then gave me a nice little hat to put on which did 2 things 1 because i had grafts taken from my ears an was bandaged up so covered that up and 2 it help disguise me well at least i felt disguised but the aftercare department take you threw a back exit away from the main road which i really like nice and hidden.i was put in car and taken to a nice hotel and looked after for 12hours. went to my follow up 2days after they cleaned me up bit more said i was it good shape. then i went to anthor follow up think a couple days after they done the same then on the tuesday cast was of i could instantly tell that this is the i can just tell the shape is gonna sit perfect like even though is swallon u can still see the shape and it is spot on. i can generally say from the heart that dr fleming is not just a dr, a doctor is someone who can just fix you, right now i see him as a artist he just seems so precise in everything he does can't explain it. i will be given a final review in a few months once i see end results coming clear.
