I am 32 years old and I grew up in Los Angeles but for the past three years I have been living in Israel. I had primary rhinoplasty when I was about 21 and through the years, my nose changed dramatically. The tip started to fall down as I smiled, the nose became visibly crooked and I was over all unhappy with the results after some time.
