I actually went twice. First time I had the lengthening and fat transfer. The healing went well but the fat ended up in a mass and looked like a big bump. I went again and was talked into the Alloderm for girth. I did this and it was OK for about a year then it dissolved and I was left with a penis that was more narrow down the shaft than before. Over all I got maybe a half inch increase. They never make guarantees but I wish I had used that money for a small penis sports car instead. LOL Hope this helps in making a decision. Wish I had this before I went in.

Total understated... it failed on me too. Only did it once and the doctor did not anymore than my down payment.. wanted pmma but after seeing the bad reactions to the product years down the road 80cc of that could be really bad...
Sorry to hear. I went in at 3.5 inches and left with 4 but not happy about the different shape it left. What is PMMA?
My shape is normal... just wanted more size... the doctor made me roll my penis all the dam time this possible killed most of the fat( lack of blood supply) because the fat got really hard.. but in the end the shape stayed.. I do have one lump of calcified fat but it's really small..
Pmma is something I have been looking into since 2012 but everyone's body reacts differently to it... they are injecting 45 to 60 cc and getting gains in the one inch with the material.... but if it go's wrong you have to de-glove the penis shaft and wow that looks like it sucks!!!!
Sorry to hear that Mine looks good, but not worth money spent .No matter which doctor you use,you will need touch ups due to lumps,reabsorption or aesthetics. I don’t believe anyone has solved the problem of fat survival by guaranteeing good blood supply

I used DR. Rosenthal. I did the fat transfer and it failed then the allo derm and that failed in time as well. I wish I had not done anything at all

This is quite old but I’ve done 2 pmma procedures. Both 60cc’s and have gained 2 inches in girth. Flacid and erect. About an inch from each procedure. It’s been amazing
