My neck had been looking bad for years but in the last 6 months it totally collapsed! I looked like a bullfrog--it was time to take action.
My dermo recommended Dr. Kotler and on Dr. Kotler's website was a procedure called a "neck sculpture" which seemed perfect for my situation, as I wanted to avoid a full facelift.
The whole experience was so easy, I had zero pain or discomfort and was out walking the day after surgery. I'm thrilled with the result and am kicking myself that I waited so long.
One thing about this procedure is you need to return repeatedly to Dr. Kotler's office the week after surgery to be checked (etc) so people who don't live in Los Angeles should plan accordingly.

Dr. Kotler was great. He answered all my questions and--more importantly--didn't push any additional procedures on me. His nurse Mary is quite nice and very responsive to emails.
