So I decided to write a review for the first time ever. After having body image issues my whole life due to a vaccine that was administered improperly as a child that left me with a disproportioned right buttock. I always felt the need to cover myself just because I didn’t want people to notice it and wondered if people could tell. I assumed that was all everyone saw even though everyone that knew about it assured me that they could not tell until I pointed it out. After having 3 kids all of that got just a little worse. From all the normal changes that happen when you have a baby, my belly never looked right and my perfect breast were not very pretty to say the least. I decided to look for a doctor and start looking into having my butt reconstructed a few years back but after searching and searching I came across doctors in the U.S. that I wasn’t very impressed with all of them did ok work but I didn’t want to risk making it worse. I was determined to find a great doctor but 2 years into searching I had come up with nothing. I came across Dr. J on Instagram. I saw the before and after pictures there and was really excited because the transformations were amazing. I did a little more research looking for any negative feedback any complaints making sure that he was a certified doctor and found that not only is he a great plastic surgeon but he is also a very charismatic good person that is involved in good causes. I decided to go for it and make a consultation. I was a little concerned when I was told I could do my consultation over the phone but after the consultation I was really excited because Daria answered all of my questions, the doctor gave really helpful advice on what will give me the best outcome. I booked my surgery and a couple of months before the surgery I decided to come in to the Beverly Hills office for an in person consultation. When I met Dr. J I was sooo happy because he made me feel at ease immediately. He was very confident, very considerate, knowledgeable and funny. I left there knowing that I had made the right choice. I was really excited and couldn’t wait for my surgery date. The paperwork and payment process was so smooth Daria was always super responsive and answered any concern that I had. Always made me feel like I could come to her with any question and I mean ANY question. So finally the big day came I drove to LA with my husband for the surgery. I had made all the preparations for the 2 weeks following the surgery. So I could focus on healing the first week I was prepared for the worst pain every. I was nervous because I had never had surgery before and I read tons of reviews where people talked about their horror stories right after mommy makeovers. I don’t think I mentioned that I decided to go for the whole package.. lol. I decided to have a breast lift and breast augmentation, tummy tuck, right buttock reconstruction and Brazilian butt lift all the same day ? So I was prepared for some serious pain. I went in talked to Dr.J he made me feel really comfortable and reassured me that I would be ok. Introduced me to the anesthesiologist which had the cutest personality he talked to me about his experience and made sure that I had all the answers to my questions. I went into the operating room was told to lay down to my surprise my blankets were super warm and nicely laid out which made me feel good about it I get cold very easily so I appreciate things like that. 9 hours later I wake up and to my surprise I was in no pain.. I mean none, nada just felt tightness on my abdomen which made it hard to move around but hey I just had major surgery. I went to the overnight recover center expecting the pain to kick in there, but nope I took the pain pills that they gave me and the recovery center stayed on top of my schedule so well that I was able to walk around with my walker, go to the bathroom and eat with minor pain. Again I left the recovery place thinking im gonna feel pain when im at the hotel…. Aaaand again nothing, I felt pain like you do when you work out hard but no real pain. 3 months later I can honestly say that the pain was so minimal I would do it all again in a heartbeat. I have been going back and forth from San Jose to LA since the surgery for my post op consultations and I am sooo HAPPY with my results. My transformation and recovery have been amazing, I mean ridiculously AMAZING. I have been recommending everyone I know or anyone that has told me that they might want to have surgery in the future. Its so important that you chose the right doctor and Dr.J is the best. Plain and simple you will get the best of everything. Best Doctor, he has the best staff, best post op care and most importantly you will have the BEST RESULTs..
