It took 9 months til I could do a crunch and swelling daily until 10 months post. I'm 16months now and still swell here and there. I bet the 6lbs you've gained is mostly water weight. You look fantastic and once the swelling stops you'll get back down to your normal weight.

I went back to doing Zumba this week I don't over do it and feel really tired afterwards I also feel like someone is poking me with a bunch a little needles in my belly after zumba????
