Very Low Body Fat but with Genetic Pre-disposition for Loose Neck/jawline and Poor Contouring - Beverly Hills, CA

I have had always had very low, single digit body fat with very strong body definition that is maintained with diet and exercise. But by way of genetics, my neck and jawline have always been poorly defined with a stubborn area of fat and loose skin below my chin and mid-upper level neck area.
