I have been inquiring/researching about...
I have been inquiring/researching about liposuction on lower legs. I have sent several emails to various surgeons and very few even reply. Dr.Emer responded and it was not an auto reply! I was stunned because it is rare that doctors personally email existing patients let alone possible future patients.

You did not have to write such a nice thing online so quickly without even meeting me, however I am grateful. As you will see, I truly care about my patients, their results, and their relationship with myself and my staff through the surgical process. I hope that I can help and if not, I will ensure I give you the best opinions for your individual case. I treat all my patients as if they were family, you are in good hands. Did you have the surgery?
That is really wonderful! The personal touch is truly appreciated by prospective patients, I think a lot of top Doctors forget to or are too busy these days to nurture what can be a valuable relationship both ways :) . I sent a consultation request to Dr. Emer last night and received a quick reply back from a patient coordinator so you really lucked out! I'm hoping Dr. Emer will be able to work with me on the one day I am in LA in April. Did you go ahead with your procedure/s?
