I'm 3 weeks post-op today.

There's a bit of more swelling on incision.(my left side) I hope it evens out with time. I'm not sure if I'm I heal slower than most whom have had similar procedure or if my pain tolerance is lower. If I'm standing or walking (slow pace) for more than 2 hours, I start experiencing a lot of discomfort around my incision. Also I've decided to change my diet and limit sodium. Hopefully It'll help with the swelling I experience at during the night. It becomes very uncomfortable. Mentally I'm ready to get back to my normal routine, but physicalIy I'm reminded by my body to take it easy. Lipo areas are still sore and feel real tight. I'm considering having a lymph message after my 4 weeks post. Overall I'm happy but having regrets at times for not having full Tuck. I hope these feelings go away as I heal and hope my results get better with time.
From some of these pics I'm not sure if I'm happy right now. Having mixed feelings...

It's been 16 days post and I'm not as swollen. My previos fotos didn't upload so here is 1 before picture and a couple of after.

My abdomen show different irregularities everyday. Some days stretch marks are more noticeable than others. I noticed the position of Lipo Foams have a lot to do with it. Plus my swelling has gone down and notice my tummy is really flat. Yay!! I'm not looking like I'm 4 months pregnant and no more muffin top! Those 2 were my concerns!
The Garment becomes extremely uncomfortable at nighttime. Not sure why and it's difficult to sleep. In daytime, I'm able to move around a bit more but if I'm walking or standing for more than an hour, I start having discomfort around lower abdomen. I take ibuprofen 600 mg and Arnica for that. I also find myself needing to lay down for several minutes until it subsides. Basically listen to my body. I'm still leaking from MTT incision and was told it's normal. This journey isn't as easy as I imagined! I know it'll be worth it though.

I had issues with my stomach when I would gain weight. Because of multiple pregnancies, my ab muscles were weak and my lower belly would look 4 months pregnant. I became uncomfortable in fitted clothing. I know a full tummy tuck would be best but I also needed Lipo of flanks, abdomen and lower back. That would mean more downtime and more $$. My husband was against the surgery. After surgery he has been very supportive and helpful with kids and house chores.

Dr. Dass listened to my concerns. He is very patient and down to earth. He offered a mini tummy tuck with tightening of lower ab muscles and Lipo sculpture of waistline. Make by tummy appear flat and adding curves to my squarish hips. It wouldn't take care of my stretch marks but they didn't bother me in the first place.
