Lumps and hard spots

2 weeks post op- about 4 days ago started feeling hardish lumps developing and 3 days ago, defiantly found some firm spots.

I've started self massage, in the mornings for about 5-10 minutes and again in the shower.

No real pain to speak of, but my sides are tingling like the skin feels like it's a sleep.

My stool is unusually dark and I'm still urinatin more than I think I would be normally.

Physically I feel really good, but not doing any real exercise is making me a bit ...sad. I want to get beck to my life and I would say this is the sucky part of this whole thing for me.

I've been walking but it's not enough for me.

Incisions are small scabbed area about the size of the eraser on a pencil.

When I look at my photos, I think it looks like I never had surgery, there was never any visible bruising. And overall not much change in any of my photos.

I'm looking forward to being able to exercise, Not wearing this binding garment and getting my final results!

Saturday email and phone call today

I had a couple of non-urgent questions and emailed Dr. Hughes on Saturday... he personally emailed me back right away with answers and he then called me this morning to check on me. (Between operations)

Today, I cleaned the incisions and surround skin with deluted Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Soap (haven't showered yet)

Swelling is down, the little bit of pain is more achy then pain, the incisions are healing.

I don't know if I'm just lucky, or if it is Dr. Hughes's magic or all the pineapple, turmeric and low inflammation diet but I feel like I am having the best recovery possible.

Antibacterial clean up

Just unbound myself for 10 minutes to clean myself off.
