2 week Post Op. Lips still look/feel lumpy and uneven.

I can't even describe how much I regret going through with this treatment. Not only are my lips lumpy and uneven, but with my long upper lip, he shouldn't have gone ahead with the procedure anyways because injections only extended my lip and aged me. I look horrible and can't wait for this to dissolve. Also, he was good about checking up with me to see if I was still swollen, until the 2 week mark hit and he asked to see a picture, then he never replied. I thought maybe he would see how bad it looks and offer to refund me. Nope. Nothing. I wouldn't go to this doctor if you're seeking lip injections.

So Dr Nima had his assistant call me and said he would stay late tonight to accommodate me to help with the swelling and unevenness. Not exactly sure what he was planning on doing. I'm speculating he was gonna massage it or add more filler? I thought the fact that they've contacted me after I expressed dissatisfaction was really cool but there's nothing I can do because I'm 700 miles away and I have work. I'm still not happy with the results but I'm 6 days post op and trying to be hopeful. Has anybody else gotten lip injections and looked uneven/fake looking for a week and then came out looking awesome? Maybe I have worse swelling because I have an autoimmune disease (hashimotos)? I dunno.... :(

The doctor contacted me today to ask how things were going (which is actually really cool) and I told him about my nightmare about how people were asking if I've been in a fight. He had me send pictures and said that its all due to swelling. This IS my first lip injection ever so my body could just be freaking out. Nonetheless, I'm still very worried as its extremely lopsided and feels very lumpy. I'll update a week from now when it's supposedly going to be as it will be once it's done. Overall, I'm still unhappy with the result but I'm trying to stay positive.
