I recently saw Dr. Jason Emer to have a Fraxel Laser treatment to address some sunspots and fine lines that have appeared on my face. I have a fair complexion and over time, sunspots and freckles appear, even though I'm wearing sunscreen. I had one large spot on my cheek bone that seemed to come out of nowhere and looked like a birth mark.
The procedure itself is mostly prep (waiting for facial numbing cream to take effect) and overall the laser treatment is quick and Dr. Emer does all he can to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. The results are DEFINITELY work it. After the treated skin is exfoliated a few days later, the new(er) skin left behind is clear, firm, and looks great. I think this procedure takes years off my face. Most importantly, the large sunspot has disappeared, just like it was never there. I'm so happy with the results.

Dr. Emer is fantastic Fraxel practitioner. He knows how to tune the equipment to address specific areas of concerns. Not all Fraxel treatments are created equal and it pays to have a physician with the knowledge and experience to address the problem areas most concerning to you! Dr. Emer definitely fits this bill. He makes you well cared for and is accessible for any questions you might have. I will definitely return for my future laser treatment needs.
