34 Year Old Female - Beverly Hills, CA

I have been considering the hairline lowering surgery for a couple of years now. I found 2 doctors in California who specialize in the surgery, Dr. Sheldon Kabaker, and Dr. Gal Aharanov. After careful review of their before and after pictures, my decision was easy to make, I was going with Dr. Aharanov. The only problem is I live on the east coast and he is on the west coast. I knew it would be expensive to stay in Beverly Hills for 6 days to wait for him to remove my staples, but his wonderful and very kind assistant, Faye, assured me that I could fly back the day after surgery to have the stitches removed by a surgeon back home. Of course Dr. Aharanov would like for you to stay the 6 days so he can remove them himself, but he understands that everyone can't stay the duration. On the day of surgery, I filled out some paperwork, then was taken to the bathroom to put my clothes into a locker. I then met with the anesthesiologist who gave me 3 pills to take with a tablespoon of water. She was very nice also. Then I went back to my surgery room. I had to position myself with my head hanging off the table, after that I was out. All I remember is waking up to the nurses putting my clothes back on. When my fiancé and I got back to the hotel, I passed out waiting for the elevator. The bellman brought us a wheelchair, I don't remember getting to the room or getting in the bed, but I woke up with ice around my neck. There wasn't any pain the first day, just slight tightness in the back of my neck.
It is very very important to ice your neck and head, and Take your ibuprofen the anesthesiologist gives you. You do that and you shouldn't need the Vicodin, well I didn't. Anyway, the rest of the cost came from my fillers. He did facial fillers for me the day before my surgery and it really looks great. You can't tell that I have facial fillers but you can definitely tell I look more youthful and rejuvenated. If I ever decide to do any other cosmetic surgery, I will be flying back out to Beverly Hills to see Dr. Aharanov, it is totally worth it!

I am 2 days post op and already the tightness in the back of my scalp is better than it was yesterday. I will update with photos soon.

I cant boast on my surgeon enough. He is the best surgeon in my opinion. Today he did my rhinoplasty. I'm now in my hotel and I feel absolutely no Pain! He didn't pack my nose so I'm breathing perfectly. Theres no discomfort of having to eat and breath only through my mouth or any anxiety anticipating sleeping tonight because I can breathe through my nose! There is some drainage but not what you would think. My nose isn't pouring blood but it is wrapped with gauze so you can see the blood on it. Besides that everything is going excellent! I truly appreciate Dr. Aharonov.
