My consultation and subsequent surgery with Dr. Yovino was an extremely positive experience. His office was very welcoming, and Nancy, as my first contact, was (and is) extraordinarily sweet, helpful and efficient. As a retired nurse, I was very impressed.
Dr. Yovino's warmth and kindness instantly put me at ease, and he took the time to fully explain my procedure and answer any questions that I had. I felt that he was truly interested in helping me to achieve the result that I envisioned, and was willing to listen and respond to all my concerns. I had my neck lift just three weeks ago, and already the results are amazing even though the healing process is not entirely complete. I opted to have only local anesthetic and had no pain or discomfort during the procedure. He made sure that I knew he would be readily available post-op, and this was very reassuring to me.
