Poor Skills and Ethics

I never wanted to write this but I now feel compelled to do so after years of dealing with problems created by Dr. Lee's work.
In 2000, he did my upper and lower lids, a nose job, and a chin lift and did everything to perfection. I couldn't have been happier. Everything was perfect! I even was on his list of patients recommending him because he was that good. And a friend who got a facelift right after I did was also thrilled. There was almost no bruising and everything looked fine in a few short weeks.
Then in 2008, I went in for some small lipo on one small area of my stomach. Trying to save me money, he told me I didn't need to go to aftercare but warned me that there would be lots of blood oozing so I should be prepared, which I was. But the bleeding was ridiculous! I had to sleep on an Aerobed covered with plastic sheeting and because I was wearing a post-surgery garment, it wasn't easy to deal with the bleeding. A friend spent the night with me, which consisted of lots of washing of towels. When I went back the next day, I insisted on going to aftercare because I clearly could not take care of myself at all. When everything was healed, my stomach, which had otherwise been flat except for that small area, was now lumpy and misshapen. He gave me some ultrasound treatments and said the stomach would look normal in a few months.
A year and a half later, I returned to him because nothing had gotten better and my stomach looked horrible. He then said it could be corrected with a tummy tuck. I trusted him because he'd been so good in 2000. But this time, even though I did go to aftercare immediately, my stomach was even more misshapen and lumpy. He gave me some ultrasound treatments but then his assistant, Susan, said I could only get so many of them and would just have to wait until the swelling went down. As I walked out of the office, very unhappy with the results, she even had the nerve to say that now I was ready for bikini weather. I couldn't believe she said that, knowing that my stomach looked so horrible! She was non-responsive many of the times I called about this and I finally gave up.
Two years ago, I found a much more skilled doctor who gave me proper lipo and a tummy tuck, telling me that Dr. Lee's surgery had left me with no waistline (which I'd had before) and my navel was offset about 1". My stomach also looked, in general, very distorted, to the point that I wouldn't even let my significant other see me undressed in the light. It was that bad. He corrected everything and my stomach is once again normal.
Also, during the tummy tuck, Dr. Lee gratuitously tightened up some skin around my mouth but afterward there was excess vertical skin on each side of my mouth, giving me a walrus-like appearance. He again said it would look fine once the swelling went down, which it never did.
Two years later, he did an in-office procedure, charging me to correct it, and it did no good whatsoever. Again, no apologies or anything from his office.
I've now had 2 surgeries to correct the mouth, the last one being last month, and I am thrilled at the results. But it took years of surgeries and expense to get it like this. I am not high maintenance. I just like my face to look normal and natural as I wear almost no makeup.
I'm not sure what happened between my first surgery and the second two, but Dr. Lee went from being an excellent doctor to an incompetent one who didn't really seem to care if his surgeries turned out well or not. It was as if once he got my $, he didn't care anymore and found me to be a nuisance. This is not the way to practice medicine of any kind. I gave him one star for his good work in 2000 but would not give him any stars for his subsequent work.
