Picture

I look so much better! Here's an example picture. The right eye is still healing, but I'm very pleased.

The left eye has a more prominent rounded corner...I may want to try to get rid of it later on. But for now I'm so happy Dr Taban took me in for free to fix my issues.

Please ignore my previous comments once again. I said it all at a time of frustration. But plastic surgery is a tough ride. I'm grateful for how things turned out.

He has done a superb job

Wow. Dr Taban offered a free correction on the eye that was droopier. With local anesthesia, he corrected it! WOW. I'm still healing and I'll post pics soon. I'm very stunned and happy. The journey was a roller coaster, but I'm so glad its all turning out so well.

A second chance at life

Hi guys, thanks for walking me through my journey. It looks like it hasn't ended just yet. Dr Taban reached out and offered a free consult to discuss what we could further do. I agreed to it because I've taken the time to calm down and realize that I was perhaps too judgemental initially. You have to understand where I'm coming from since I was devastated by the results. But mistakes can happen. A lot of times we forget that surgeons are people too. I really appreciated him reaching back out when he didn't have to.

I've looked at the situation closely and it looks like the only issue is to just raise the droopier lower eyelid by a little. Dr Taban explained how to fix the issue and he did so calmly and patiently and very intelligently. His plan and diagnosis made sense. He offered to do a free revision at will and that really touched my because it would've been very easy for him to refuse. This to me shows that he indeed cares for his patients and takes his work very seriously. This was the doctor I had chosen too so I also needed to believe in my own judgement. I found out that he recently had a baby which had put a lot of pressure on him. I understand this because I went though this too. So I'm grateful that we're in a situation where I can improve my results.

Fingers crossed. My procedure is tomorrow. I hope this will go well so I can return back to a normal social life.
