Dr. Kotler and Silikon 1000. Perfect Combo for my Nose - Beverly Hills, CA

I will start off by critiquing Dr. Kotler's office:
The office was clean, had nice decor, and very organized.
The front desk girl was nice and welcoming.
His nurse was attentive and very friendly.
The girl who collected my payment was also very nice and upbeat.
Also, Dolla has been so helpful and so kind to me since the first email I sent Dr. Kotler's office. We've exchanged more than 30 email's back and forth and she responds within 24 hours. She also helped squeeze me in to the schedule last minute which is a plus. Thank you Dolla!
Lastly, Dr. Kotler was everything a doctor should be. He delivered an outstanding bedside manner. He is smart, attentive, friendly, and compassionate. We discussed my rhinoplasty and revision history, what was bothering me and then he gave me his insight on what he recommends. I am so happy and lucky I found Dr. Kotler. I'm just sad I didn't find him sooner for my initial rhinoplasty.
My short history:
I wasn't happy with my primary rhinoplasty and fillers didn't work. My previous PS wanted me to have a revision, but it made it worse. When I expressed my concerns to the PS, he said " You're still healing and go see the office psychologist and that should make you feel better".

For 1 1/2 years, I have been dealing with depression, anxiety, and low self esteem due to my failed rhinoplasty and revision. If I could go back in time, I would have never gotten surgery. I had shut myself off from friends, relatives and social gatherings. I literally just go to work and school because I have to. If I didn't have to, I would just hide at home. I even stopped going to them gym. I was afraid to be around children because they say what ever is on their minds, so I kept away from them. I just wanted the stares to go away. People have no shame. They would stare at me like if I was some kind of freak.

My husband has been so supportive of this ongoing problem I put myself in. It's been hard for the both of us. He just want's the happy girl he married back and i think Dr. Kotler is making that happen for us. I'm not trying to make my nose perfect. I just want to look like a normal person and stop the stares.

I recently had my first round of shots and I already see a major improvement. It looks amazing. It was not painful. I felt little sharp pinches here and there, but nothing crazy. My confidence and self esteem had improved dramatically. Right after the procedure I went to lunch, a short hike at the Griffith Park, and the Griffith Observatory. And guess what? The stares stopped!!!! I probably got 90% less stares. If you are going through the same issues I am, I recommend Dr. Kotler. Do not waste your time and money with some inexperienced PS. Hope this helps someone.

I just had my 3rd set of injections on my messed up nose on friday, 8/31/2015. Things are looking WAY better. So far, I think the appearance has improved approximately 85-90%. During my first 2 rounds, I have to admit I was going through an emotional roller coaster. I expressed all of these concerns and emotions with Dr. Kotler's staff. The nurse Mary responded to my emails in a timely manner and made sure Dr. Kotler was informed. Dr. Kotler was nice and actually called me and we spoke. This is so appreciated because I hate when Doctors only relay a message to the staff or send an email. He actually took time to speak to me. He said to return if I needed to "top it off". Me being me, I feel like I will need to "top it off". I promise I will post my pictures as soon as I can. I am an extremely busy individual and I rarely have time...So pictures will come soon.
