No matter how many surgeries you’ve been through, it doesn’t get any better.
Yesterday, the surgery itself wasn’t so bad. It’s after. Against medical advice, I took an Uber home. The guy was probably freaked out.
Once I got home, I threw up and went to bed. I was leaking a lot.
Today, I’m in so much pain. I try not to take the pain meds. I can’t do simple things like scratch my head.
Once I lie down, it’s so hard to get up. I never realized how much we use our arms.
I hope tomorrow is better.

I’m so excited! I finally found a doctor who supposedly is an expert on Buffalo Hump removal. A year ago I didn’t know what a Buffalo Hump was. All I knew was that I had an ugly protrusion on the back of my neck (kinda like the hunched back of Notre Dame, except on the back of my neck). Around this time, I was also researching lipo on the arms. I have very muscular arms and as I got older, it’s become very fatty.
Fast forward a year later, I found the name for the neck bump and stumbled on Dr. Justin Yovino. I made an appt for the hump and arm luposculpture. Hopefully, he is able to remove all the fat to help me feel “normal”. Included in this procedure is my bra area too (back area and area where the boobs meet the armpits). My surgery date is this coming Thursday. So excited.
